John Gallagher and Philip Gould will be offering their latest contemporary fine furniture pieces for sale.
Teaching
John is a teacher at the much acclaimed Sturt School for Wood,
based in the Southern Highlands. He teaches evening classes in an Introduction
to Fine Wood Working. Through each year there are a variety of short courses on
offer with John, such as weekend courses in developing hand skills, four day
courses in basic furniture construction or a an Introduction to mitre joints.
Courses are suitable for beginners through to intermediate students. More

Television
John is a co-presenter on the Milton Woodshop,
an Eden Media production which airs on the 'How To Channel'! He works alongside friend and fellow fine furniture maker, Philip Gould.
Together they take the viewer through a step-by-step guide to creating furniture projects.
The idyllic country setting and the woods used offer a unique Australian wood workshop experience.
A six part series has already been made and there will hopefully be more to follow – watch this space!
